Team and ownership
72 News is a small independent project. Here is who is behind it.
Publisher
Mustafa Aşan
Founder and publisher
Owns and runs 72 News and is responsible for what is published. Contact: [email protected].
The 72 News Desk
Stories are credited to the 72 News Desk. This is the publisher's editorial workflow: AI-assisted drafting, an automated check against the source article, and a review by a person before publishing. The desk summarises other outlets' reporting. It does not do original reporting. See how we use AI.
Ownership and funding
72 News is owned by Mustafa Aşan and paid for by its owner. It currently carries no advertising, sponsored stories or paid placement. If that changes, we will say so on this page and label every sponsored item clearly.
Independence
No government, party, company or outlet we summarise has any say in what we publish. Read the rules we hold ourselves to on the editorial standards page.
